The Prescription

Somebody has to be the one who suggests the thing. Somebody has to book the trip, start the band, buy the camping stove, learn the hobby badly and enthusiastically in public.
That is you. It has always been you. Everybody else is quietly grateful, even the ones who complain.
So Go And Do Something
Not something big. Just something that is not the default.
Take the other road home. Say yes to the daft plan. Boring will be there tomorrow if you want it, and honestly, we both know you will not.
