Men are famously hard to shop for, right up until you stop shopping for a man and start shopping for his thing. MEN is the Allergic to Boring Dayz collection built around what he actually does with his free time: the swing, the song and the call.
The golfer
The Fairway design is a clubhouse style badge. A golfer in silhouette holds his follow through inside a crisp white circle, club high over the shoulder, crossed clubs tucked off to one side, and the brand name wraps the edge in relaxed script. Black and white, clean and understated, the way a golfer likes his gear. It is the kind of emblem that looks at home at the nineteenth hole.
The guitar player
Strum, from the Tempo collection, shows a musician perched on a tall stool with a guitar resting at his knee, drawn as a dark silhouette in front of a curtain of falling light. Thin streaks of green, lime and teal pour down behind him like stage lights or sound waves, and the brand name climbs up one side and down the other in the same glowing green. It looks like the hush right before the first chord of an encore, when the whole room leans in.
The firefighter
Blaze puts a firefighter in full gear inside an oval of orange and gold flame, burning white hot at the center, with the letters around it glowing from yellow up to red. It is pride you can see from the back of the room, and it honors a man who runs toward what everyone else runs from.
For the guy with a thing
This is for the husband who keeps his clubs in the trunk just in case. The dad who still pulls out the guitar at every campfire and plays the same three songs, and everybody sings along anyway. The brother who works nights at the station and sleeps through brunch. The boyfriend who swears he does not need anything, which is exactly why he needs this. You already know which one he is. Wrap it up, hand it over, and let him act like he is not thrilled.
