Production time
Because your item is printed after you order it, production typically takes 2 to 7 business days before it ships. You will get a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment it leaves production.
Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 3 to 8 business days depending on your location and the carrier. Production and delivery estimates are our honest typical ranges, not guarantees (carrier delays can happen, and we will always help you track a late package).
Holidays and long weekends
Around holidays and long weekends, printing partners and carriers get busy ~ please allow a few extra days for your order to arrive. Ordering by the posted order-by date is the safest way to have it in hand for the day itself.
Rates
Free US shipping is available on all orders of $99 or more. For orders under $99, shipping is based on the weight of the order.

Lost or stuck packages
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days or a package is marked delivered but never arrived, email us and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
